At Modish Foot Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your boots, heels, sneakers, or other shoes, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Shoes must not show signs of wear or damage
  • All tags and protective coverings must still be attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or any customized/personalized footwear. Additionally, any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the new item/size you prefer
  3. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
