We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your fashionable footwear arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every step in our shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear or damage
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks and hosiery
- Shoe care products
- Customized or personalized footwear
- Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags attached

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive email notification of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new item details
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)
